"The staff was so accommodating and friendly! I unexpectedly had to bring two of my young children with me to my appointment (7 weeks old and 4 years old), and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable and to keep my older daughter entertained. They gave my daughter a little puzzle to play with, and the doctor was very reassuring and made sure I knew that I could take my time to tend to my baby as needed and he made sure I had close access to my baby’s carrier from the exam chair and told me if I needed to hold my baby I could hold him on my right side during the exam. The staff easily turned a very overwhelming experience into a good experience for me. Thanks!"
